Founder & Managing Partner

Karl Semancik is a seasoned credit and real estate investor. Mr. Semancik is a Founder and Managing Partner of Commonwealth Capital, LLC, an alternative investment firm focused on single-tenant net-lease real estate. Karl graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University with specializations in accounting and finance from the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management. In 2018, Karl co-founded Yonder Yoga in Atlanta and provided seed funding; he exited his investment in 2025 with over a ten times multiple on invested capital. Earlier, Karl worked with TPG Angelo Gordon, MAG Capital Partners, the auditing division at Deloitte & Touche, as well as the Cornell Investment Office. Karl obtained his Certified Public Accountant license in New York State in 2015.
