The Founders of Commonwealth are experts in structuring single-tenant net-lease (STNL) transactions using sale leaseback and build-to-suit financing as well as joint ventures and value-add business plans. The Partners are Principals of the firm, former executives at TPG Angelo Gordon, W.P. Carey & Co., and MassMutual, with a combined tenure of over sixty years across real estate investment, credit, and institutional asset management. At their previous institutions, the Managing Partners transacted on over seven and a half billion dollars of capital across seventy-five STNL real estate investments.
